We were contracted to take up the old lawn and put in the new grass and install sprinklers to keep it alive Which from the customers opinion any monkey can do, I guess they were wrong She stated herself she hasnt changed the sprinklers at all......bingo! With the weather over the last couple months it would have needed to be changed To the customer and the Revdex.com, please do not contact me again regarding this matter or waist my time on something "which any it can do" which the customer so eloquently stated My phone works she can call me if she wants

Yes we have a large dog & per Nathan’s recommendations we've kept him away from the grass & has been locked up on our side yard since the grass has been installed Our dog has no access to the grass Also per his email 6/10/the time he did finally come to check out the dying grass he stated that the grass was dying not due to lack of water it was due because the pieces just failed I wasn't able to attached all my email correspondence since the file was so big, but I've attached a link you can access the emails & backup information I've obtainedhttps://app.box.com/s/1z3zqgik0msoj00jt6qb Yes we declined his monthly services after we saw his negative review’s on Yelp.com also my husband yes the accountant wanted to care for the grass himself Honestly what does my husband’s profession have anything to do with him being able to push a lawn mower we’re talking about mowing the lawn here not rocket science All you have to do is buy an expensive lawn mower which we did a Honda model that self propels, a great edger/weed whacker, & a blower the whole front yard & backyard takes my husband minutes total & yes he does this weekly per Nathan’s instructions! People hiring gardeners not because it’s a service that only certain people can do or they need a college degree because it’s too complicated we hire gardeners because we just rather not do it ourselves Watering [redacted] installed the sprinklers & preset the sprinklers to go off times a day it hasn't changed since he’s preset it & per his email 6/10/the grass dying had nothing to do with lack of water As for him stating that he’s tried to helpYes he’d send me email saying he would come on Saturday I replied that we were out of town & we needed to reschedule After that I had to email him again asking when he was going to come & fix the problem When I do finally receive a responses from him he tells me I'll be there Wednesday/Thursday he doesn't state a time or even give me a time rangeI have children which goes to elementary school & I pick up daily, I also have a job, & my large dogOur side yard that we keep him in is in the path of the gate to access our backyard I’m sorry, but I don’t feel right allowing someone to come & go as they please in my private property & if they didn't lock up the gate properly & my dog gets out who’s responsible if anything happens to him? We've always have had issues with locking that gate hence another reason why we've never hired a gardening service to service our backyardRegardless he doesn't respond to any of my request asking for a specific time frame so I stay home & wait & wait & wait & guess what he still doesn't show up anyways So that was his many attempts to assist us making me take multiple days off work (UNPAID) to wait for him to never show up anyways As for the free items The wiring of the front sprinklers back to the original place (garage) wasn't something I asked him to do out of a whim I presented him with this at the time of estimate I asked him how much would he charge to do this for us he stated he’d throw it in included with his price As for the free controller 1st time I've heard of it If he wants to nip pick about stuff he say he provide us for free he still hasn't completed the installation of the drip line which he said he’d come back & install or provide us with the case of batteries for the sprinkler system So technically he hasn't completed the job As for my review on yelp.com that was made after my many attempts to contact him & all the disappointing no shows Regards, [redacted] ***

The grass has a one year warranty which the customer was told about, they purchased the grass directly from the manufacturer.    Although I can tell you they are not going to honor it considering any professional who looks at the pictures, can tell those are brown spots from where there...

giant dog urinated on the lawn.  The customer was told that the dog could not be on the lawn at all, let me repeat that at all!!!!!  The customer was also given the option to hire us as their gardener to protect their investment, it has been a hot summer, this is new grass, the water would have needed to be monitored correctly, the new lawn would have needed to be cut at the right time, at the right height.  I doubt if that was done at all, the husband who is an accountant felt he could manage the new lawn.  People who need their taxes done use an accountant why?  because they want someone who knows what they are doing!  People hire gardeners because?  we know what we are doing.     I tried to help the customer several times, and was unable to connect with them due to the fact she seems to be always out and can't have the gate unlocked.  I have hundreds of customers with dogs who have no problem leaving the gate unlocked.  Also, after her review on yelp which she didn't state several other facts, like I let her purchase the grass under my accountant at my price which saved her hundreds, I rewired her front controller into the garage which cost me $85 in wire but I charged them nothing, I gave them a free controller for the back grass valve and I charged them nothing.  Of course they never mention those things.  I consider the matter closed.

Review: We received a quote from [redacted] the CEO/President of Black Rhino Properties to remove our weeds, prep dirt for new SOD, & install a new sprinkler system. After all the work was completed the grass started browning within days I notified [redacted] as soon as I was aware of the problem after many no shows he finally made it out to our house & notified me that the grass dieing was not due to watering issues its due to bad grass which he provided. He told us to give him a couple more weeks to see if it gets better or worse & he would come back & replace whatever is dieing. A couple weeks later more browning I send him random emails with photos to keep him informed of the new browning spots & finally he's ready to come back & replace all the dead grass! He gave a date of when he's going to come, but could never give me a specific time or a time range. I have a job 2 kids & 1 dog that I have to account for I requested that he provide me with a time frame so I can get off work to come home & put dog away, but he never response. After many no shows he just stopped responding all together.Desired Settlement: I'd like compassion for the grass we'll need to replace!
