I rate this company as the WORST that I have ever dealt with My initial telephone call to have a serviceman repair a dishwasher left me with an uncomfortable feeling I had to repeat several times the information of the problem as well as the location and phone number The "repairman" arrived and removed the spinner arm and stated that the motor needed replacement He merely did a visual as to the reason for the problem He then stated that the motor would arrive by Tuesday of the following week Tuesday arrived on time, however he did not The tenant was told that the installation would be done on Friday This joke occurred for approximately one (1) month Several reasons were put forward as to why the month delay The tenants' calls were all civil but he could tell that the service people were becoming frustrated by his number of calls The last call indicates the unprofessionalism of this company He was told that he was "sick of him calling and was done talking with him" JCAS then terminated the call before a reply was givenThe dishwasher was eventually repaired by A & E Factory Service (XXX-XXX-XXXX) The issue WAS NOT THE MOTOR BUT THE SPINNER ASSEMBLY The repair was done the day after I called themPerhaps JCAS company did not send a service representative having knowledge of Maytag dishwashers, however, this resulted as a cost to me for the service call

I purchased a roper washer and dryer set about a yr and half ago and I havent been more pleased with used appliances in my life! I use my washer about 3-times a week and I havent had an issue with it since I got itthey had a very large selection in their showroom and awesome sales repsI will back for more appliances in the future!
I bought a set from these guys and it works great The customer services is excellent And there just all around nice people I would definitely recommend the store to people and shop there again
I called Johnson City Appliance to come fix my dryer. I called a few places and they seemed to busy to come out in a reasonable time. This company came out right as scheduled and fixed my dryer immediately. I thought it was something major turns out it was just a fuse and heating element. I was shocked at the reasonable price. I definitely recommend this company to anyone! They were very professional and courteous.
