Fiat of Scottsdale would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr [redacted] for his business We are however, sorry that his transaction with us was not to his satisfaction As Mr [redacted] stated in his complaint, the payment for the vehicle he purchased was too high for him Therefore, Fiat of Scottsdale agreed to take the vehicle back the next day Mr [redacted] told [redacted] that he was also looking at a vehicle at [redacted] too We took the vehicle back with no argument We in turn, sold the vehicle on October 3, to another customer We have been waiting to obtain all the bank required information from this customer before removing from our websites We have obtained all the information, and the vehicle is no longer listed on our sites We are sorry that Mr [redacted] felt he had to return the vehicle, but we are in the business of selling vehicles, therefore, the next buyer was able to purchase it If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at ###-###-#### Sincerely, [redacted] General Manager

Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep would like to apologize to Mr*** for inconvenience he may have experienced trying to contact our finance department. Mr*** purchased his vehicle on June 14, 2012. At that time he purchased a Tire Assure policy for his vehicle. This
policy is a year policy and it expired a year and a half ago on July 30, 2015. Therefore, any tire problems that he has encountered since that time, and I believe he stated his problem occurred on December 6, 2016, is the problem of Mr***.

]I sat down with Mr*** and started to explain o him m experience with the sales deptAt first he was very quietThen after maybe 8-minutes h got up did not even look at me and said " so what do you want to do return the truck "? I sad yes and then started to say I want a better deal and he said " follow me "So I chased after him because he left me in his dustHe opened door and started to go in and I asked do I still follow you? He said yes! So I didNext thing I know is we are at the Fiat storeHe tells the salesman to cancel the sale and leavesI told *** that I liked the truck and wanted to get a better dealHe said that he would check and let me knowThen the next day the truck was back on the net at a reduced price! It was $1,dollars lessI called *** again about it and he again was going to get back to meSeveral days past and no wordI called again and this time he told me that the truck was sold!

Fiat of Scottsdale would like to apologize to Ms***l for any inconvenience that she may have encountered in our service department. At this point in time, we have tried numerous times to
contact Ms***l to get her back in so that the Bluetooth system can be evaluated. Ms***l texted on Friday and stated she has been extremely busy but would get back to us. As of the am of Monday, February 29, 2016, we still have not heard from her. We texted again this morning. Fiat of Scottsdale wants to handle this issue as quickly as possible and are waiting on the customer at this point.

Mr. [redacted], your tire assure policy was never intended to be used for wear and tear.  It did not cover that.  It was a road hazard warranty on your tires, therefore in any case, you would have had to blown all for tires at the same time for it to pay for 4 new tires.  Your tires were 4 years old and the policy had expired.  I am willing to cut you a check for $100 for goodwill.
