I have not received my order yet that was divisional order and acceptance of payment on July in fact I haven’t heard anything since then decide from live believe it was September there and said it was the sickness and then companies are in *** for a while

We have sent 2 messages on social media about this item to the consumer. not sure if there is some wires crossed or what. we also did not receive a 1st notification about this problem. this item was shipped out and returned to us. we will NOT be shipping it back out  without proof of address....
