Black River Electric Co

I called Black River Electric on or about the th of February to have the electric shut off on the 4th of March They said no problem we will just use your Deposit for the last billMarch 8th rolls around and they take $ out of my bank account When , I called them back they said I still had to pay for more days of electric, and would use my deposit money for that and what was left over they would send it to meI moved out on the 3rd of March ....How can I still owe for more days?Plus they said I was $dollars ahead on my account because I was on budjet billingHow can I still owe plus take the deposit plus I'm $something ahead??? To me that's FRAUD !

I am rejecting this response because: I feel that this problem has not been resolved .There was no refund given as you said Your Company has a bad reputation in the town of Fredericktown We as consumers are tired of being taken
advantage of ! Your Company claims to do one thing and does another !
