August 23, 2016Dear [redacted] Please accept this document as my response to complaint ID [redacted] There is no truth to [redacted] 's claim, I was paid to prepare her personal income taxes, not her and taxes, in fact she did not have the documents to prepare her and taxes, so why would she pay for those years? I told her that I would assist her in retrieving the necessary documents from the Internal Revenue Service for those years.It is not who don't keep the appointments, it is [redacted] As recently as today, August 23, she was a no show for our 3:A.M appointment and didn't call to say she couldn't make it until 9:A.Mhave gone beyond what I have been paid to doThere will be no refund for services that was never paid to do.Sincerely,Kenneth B

UNABLE TO CONTACT MERCHANT ABOUT SERVICES THAT WERE SUPPOSE TO BE DONE TAXES WERE NOT FILED AFTER HE RECIEVED PAYMENT .I HAD TO PAY TO HAVE MY TAXES REDONE
