Response:Customer was given a time frame that he was unhappy with for a large job and wanted his deposit back, we sent him a refund for his deposit and it was cashed and taken out of our account on 7/19/17 but complaint was sent on 8/3.
Company owner met with customer to review complaints on 9/5/17. Owner agreed that our work was incomplete and not up to company standards. We have begun one portion of repairs/cleanup. Still more steps to complete. We will continue working with customer until satisfied.
