Customer has agreed to retract his complaint if I paid out of pocket to stain his windowI mean no disrespect to Mr[redacted] I think highly of him and his wife but I feel like I need to explain the other side of the coinWe did not charge him to stain his window that is why it was not done We don't stain windows he was told according to my partner I wrote the estimate myself so I know I didn't charge him for it as a matter of fact I bought windows that were dollars per window(out of my own pocket) more expensive than the vinyl windows we agreed upon because I wanted them to look nicerThe Gutter color was as close as I could get it the gutters on the house are Antique Ivory but sun faded badly so I thought linen was the closest match Its either too light or too darkAs far as the red rock in the land scape they had red stone and that's what we put in there as well There is going to be a tone and shade difference its stone bought years apart!
