Since when is it ok to keep someone's money who hasn't received product! Despite what the details are I changed my mind about my decision on becoming a rep with this company...I haven't technically received product therefore the return policy doesn't apply to this situation...I don't understand why it is so difficult to return someone's money to them?!? I didn't sign any contract of any kind [redacted]

Hi ***, To answer your questions:All of our starter kits contain a variety of items we currently have in stock to give you a start in your businessThe items are listed for each starter kit with the categories for you to choose which one suits your needs best for starting out
Because we purchase from numerous manufactures our sizing can vary from item to itemWe try our best to label items correctly online to suit our reps and customers needs. If your cliental require specific styles it is up to you as a rep to purchase the items that will best suit them when you order stock as a repWe give you the opportunity to custom pick all styles once you have purchased your starter kit, most other companies do not, they only provide pre-packaged kits where not color or style choice is available to you Our starter kits are only a beginning point for youNo rep has a choice of styles they receive in them. That is the norm.
