This law firm represents the [redacted] Homeowners Association where the Complainant owns a home at [redacted] *** The Complainant is not a client or customer of our law firm The actions taken by our firm have been on behalf of our client and have been authorized by law The Complainant claims to have had an arrangement with our client that would have avoided our firm’s involvement However Complainant has not provided information or documentation to support that position and our client has informed us that there is no arrangement noted in their systemIf Complainant has additional information on this point we are glad to review itThe Complainant further claims that once our office was involved they were not given adequate time to address the matter with our office We respectfully disagree If Complainant received our first correspondence dated December (which they claim not to have received) there were six weeks before the claim of lien was filed with no good faith efforts on behalf of Complainant to resolve the matter And, giving the Complainant ever benefit of the doubt, they were aware of our efforts by January because they called our office This was three weeks before the claim of lien was filed and there were no good faith efforts on behalf of Complainant to resolve the matter – only further communications from Complainant to our office making comments and stating objections about our processOur office remains willing to work with the Complainant to resolve this matter and we are glad to review any additional information or documentation the Complainant would like to provide

The Complainant claims to have had an arrangement with our client that would have avoided our firm’s involvement.  However Complainant has not provided information or documentation to support that position and our client has informed us that there is no arrangement noted in their system. If Complainant has additional information on this point we are glad to review it. Our office remains willing to work with the Complainant to resolve this matter and we are glad to review any additional information or documentation the Complainant would like to provide.
