I would prefer to not go into all the details of my dissatisfaction with the end result of experiences with Black Tie Entertainment. My goal is simply to receive the items we were promised as per the contract and that were paid for in full. How do we resolve this? What is the best way to work with
Frank so we can all move forward ?
