We are truly sorry ONE of the groomsmen's shoe sole came off during the weddingHe actually had pairs of shoes for comfort
purposes
We were told by the rest of the wedding party that they loved the tuxedosSince we had everyone try the tuxedos on in our store, we know that everyone left the store with a great fit
We did have to make a few alterations to one or two outfits most of which were done while the fellows were waitingWe are very particular about the pant lengths and jacket sleeve lengths and take pride in making sure everything is as perfect as possible
This was made more difficult since most of the measurements for the tuxedos were called in from men living out of town and NOT measured by our storeWe put the outfits together by the measurements called in to us and made corrections to everything that had been called in incorrectly
One groomsman who had to have alterations (also called in measurements) did have to come back to get a new vestAll the issues; again that were mostly caused by measurements called into us; were taken care of well before the wedding
As for the pair of shoes that lost the sole, we warned the guys that they could not leave the tuxedos in their cars for any length of time because the heat can damage the shoesThe shoes were tried on in the store and the sole was attached properly at that time
We did not charge the customer for the damage of the shoes which is not normally covered by the damage waiver since it is generally avoidable
Again, we are sorry our customer was unhappy but we did our best to make sure all her groomsmen were looking their best

To start with none of the men were happy with the situations with the tux ..shoes..vest and lack of handkerchiefAlso none fit correctlyMy own brother was in a size He looked like a clownHe went timesThe shoe sole coming off was the final straw.One of my groomsman did not receive a hankerchiefreeFor us I am thinking of taking this all to courtI have waited long enough for the men in my party to be refundedof the guys we paid for .One of the guys made trips to get the right stuff others who trips and the others were just ticked offIf I do not get some satisfaction within weeks I will seek legal action

We have been very upset about the bride's concerns
Since the first complaint we went back through the orders to verify what sizes, colors and accessories each gentleman had rented
The outfits were put together per the measurements as we replied earlierAlterations were made to correct any issues (not our measurements)This is a benefit of being able to make corrections before the wedding
In reference of the brother wearing a size jacket, there were NO men in a size The STYLE number of the ivory jacket is which may have left the bride to believe that was the size
We truly want to come to an agreement and solution to this issue
If it would not be too much trouble, we would like to see some of the pictures from the wedding to see what issues are upsetting the bride
We have to reiterate the fact we were told by the groomsmen in our store they did have a good fit and of the men seen by the manager (about half) those men had very good fitsOne gentleman would have liked a larger vest but it did fitIt buttoned with a little room to spareHe (***) just felt it was not roomy enough
Again, we would appreciate the ability to see what the bride did not likeIf we could see some pictures of the wedding maybe we could see to what she is referring
We are not disagreeing about the one groomsman's shoe sole came offAnd we did make alterationsHowever, according to the men in the wedding they liked their fit
The shoes were the only issue we have heard aboutWe do know some guys thought the shoes fit small but they were okOK is not great, which is what we strive for, but they were the sizes called in to us

I *** the bride will be there Saturday morning to discuss the problems that the groomsmen had with there shoes and there tuxedoI just found it so uncaring when I called to tell your Manger about the sole coming off the shoe right before the ceremony your Manger reply that they shouldn't have left the shoes in the car because it was hotWhat makes you think the shoes were left in the car!!! That's real customers serviceI know for fact one of my groomsmen had been by there twice and had to wait for one of your sales men to bring his shoes from Lexington Nc.Three of the groomsmen with shoe problems where sizes at your place of businessWe were disappointed with the uncaring of your staff about what went on
