Black Tie II French Cleaners

Review: I dropped off my skirt because it needed stitching on one pocket from the inside. When I picked up my skirt it was stitched in a manner that made the whole pocket and right side of the skirt crooked. Place of the stitching on the outside looks all bunched up and bulky. Clearly right side is crooked and the pocket is visibly different from the left pocket. I asked the owner why the skirt was stitched in that manner when I clearly explained what I wanted when I dropped it of. I informed him that I am dissatisfied with his service and I want my $6 back. He responded that he did work so he is not giving me my money back. Even though he ruined my brand new skirt!Desired Settlement: I want my $6 back!
