Black Tie Limousine

Review: We used this company for our limo services on our wedding day Friday may [redacted]. It started with the driver not having any of the instructions on where to go even though they had been provided before hand. The limo was 20 minutes late from the time specified on the confirmation email which I still have. ( importance of this being that it was a wedding and we had to be at the church on time). All of that aside the real reason for my complaint is the unproffessional and rude behavior of the driver. He made the entire wedding party uncomfortable and yelled at my bride on her wedding day. We booked the limo until 6 pm, which again we timed out with the reception but the driver felt it necessary to yell at her and all of us because he had somewhere to be at 630 so he needed to be done by 6, which he was, he dropped is off at 5:55. Since then I was told I would be contacted by the manager, which I havent, I have left multiple voicemails and sent an email to their website and still have not received a reaponse. I appreciate your help regarding this matter.Desired Settlement: Refund, apology, and a phone call back
