I placed a order online for a product more than a month ago and I still haven’t gotten my productI have been emailing them about my merchandise and they haven’t been able to tell me where it is atI have asked them for my money back and they won’t refund me my moneyThey tell me to keep on waiting for the item in the mailI don’t ether item anymore, all I want is money refunded back to me and they won’t do itHow long do I have to keep on waitingI won’t ever buy anything from Black Top Deals again

They sent the wrong pens, been requesting over months to send the right pens, send got nothing to but the run around
They are being jerks, I just giving me the run around, they I am tired of being treated like this

I purchased a Heliburr demurring tool that was supposed to be a product made in the USA Got a china garbage part that does not do that the website claims

I placed an order with this company at Thanksgiving, got a confirmation and had the $$ deducted from my account the same week It's weeks later and when I reached out last week for a status because the tracking info showed no activity, I was told it could take another 4-weeks for delivery I've asked to have my $$ refunded because there's still no tracking update and I haven't had a response to my request for a refund Will never order from this place again and highly recommend saving your $$, time and worries from thinking this is a business of integrity

I placed a order in October from black top deals .com and didn't receive a shipping confirmation so I emailed them and found out my item was not coming from oregon it was coming from a Chinese wearhouse in china on the site it doesn't say any thing about items getting shipping from China so I waited over a month still heard nothing email the company again they gave me a tracking number that didn't work I emailed them again and the tracking number still doesn't work the customer service person tracked the package and email me a status which wasn't correct and I emailed them again and they again tracked it and said the zip code was wrong and it got sent somewhere else and that I should track it down even thought I didn't send it and now the Adam Y** customer service person didn't help me I don't think the item was shipped I think I got ripped off by the company
