I am using BNW service in Toledo/Maumee from last 7-8 months, but unfortunate to say service is degrading day by day. Earlier I used to get cab within 20 mins, historically it had come within 5 minutes for more than 5 times. It was great experince.
But as there is some conflict going between local driver and company, situation for customer is becoming worsen and worsen. Now I have experience that it came after 2 hours.
It would be really nice if they have improve service in quick time
