This place is all about how much money they can make off of a person Not only do they charge $for a diagnostic but they don't even diagnose all issues in the diagnostic test How are u charging people $for a half diagnostic??? Then most places waive the diagnostic fee if you have repairs done at the shop NOT THIS PLACE...they don't tell you that it is a separate fee and when asked why my vehicle wasn't fully diagnosed and was only diagnosed for check engine light they told me it would be a separate diagnostic fee to check the brake lights on in my dash...that is absolutely rediculous and I will NOT recommend this place to anyone I could have paid the same amount minus the diagnostic fee at the dealership and he dealership would have provided me a diagnosis of EVERYTHING wrong with my vehicle This place doesn't do business correctly I will NOT bring either of my cars back here EVER AGAIN!!!

October -brought BMW in for inspection, and paid for the inspection but decided not to have the $3,+ estimated 'work' done'Clerk' seemed miffed at the declination, and said he would bring my car aroundHe rolls my car to the door, and I stood there shocked at the condition of it - smoke was heavily pouring out of the tailpipe, and I could not get any explanation from him about it other than saying "it's just that bad" - really?, it was not doing that when I left it there the day beforeI think maybe his integrity was 'just that bad'I drove to a local market and got out and checked everything out and discovered someone (employee) had poured oil into the hot tailpipe to make it smokeI had to drive around the back streets of Nolensville Road for minutes to try and burn it off so I could make it home without getting pulled overIt took me about seconds to assume this was a scare tactic to make me panic and pay for the outrageous repairsBy far, the worst experience of ANY auto maintenance shop I've ever visitedThey assumed I was single and it was my only vehicle because I requested a rentalEasy victimWrong - I'm married and have other vehiclesBeware of the slick, sporty matching polo shirts the 'team' wearsTeam of what?
