Ladies beware; make show they tighten your lug nuts when they remove your tires I wasn't so lucky; my suv was totaled and I suffered a personal injuryMy name is [redacted] ; I'm a year old womanI was involved in a car accident July,03,2016; due to Black Tire's negligenceThey didn't tighten my lug nuts which caused my drivers' side flew off and rolled in front of me Black Tires' admitted responsibility; but never apologized for their negligenceIt's been six months and I still haven't been compensated for my personal injuryI reached out to the owner [redacted] twice for a resolution for my claim because their insurer has dropped the ballBlack Tire admitted responsibility; but I still haven't been made whole
People never cease to disappoint me, when I go out of my way to try and help them. First of all Mrs *** only paid a total of $with check #*** which was a promotional deposit discount of $each for her family of 4. Her second payment of $per person (total of $for her
family) was due on Dec 1, 2015. In the month of Nov, 4 reminder invoice were sent to her and phone calls I personally made and left a messages neither were returned. *** informed me at this time Ms ***s cabins would be canceled at that time for non-payment but because of the holiday I chose to invest company funds to continue to hold her cabins and see if she could work out her finances. The final payment came due on March and still no word from Mrs *** and *** canceled her cabin for non payment. I sent her text, phone calls and emails never an answer, so I text her sister *** *** who was also sailing with us and was in contact with Mrs *** and informed me that she did want to cruise and was transferring funds to make her payment and would be immediately calling me. This never happen. To this day my only contact or conversation with Mrs *** was when she paid her deposit of $200. The group leader *** *** was aware of her not paying and she too had discussions with Mrs *** so I feel very certain that Mrs *** knew of the payment schedule. I do not just cancel clients cabins without a conversation and written notice to cancel but if the money is not paid the cruise line will cancel the cabin if the payments are not made on time. So to recap Mrs *** never paid, never canceled her cabin and never contacted me after numerous attempts from me, her sister and group leaders so once the final payment date passed *** canceled her cabins and did not refund any of her $deposit. I do not appreciate the attempt to slander my reputation as a travel agent or my business and request that this very accusation be removed to avoid future legal action of defamation
