Billing question and lack of professionalism from owner
Had Blackaller come out and do a fence line survey it was taking a long amt of time so called to check and was asked if I was the bank lender which I said no I'm the landowner. He said yes I know who u are! I asked if everything was ok and didn't think it would take 7 hours for one line! The surveyor called me back 10 minutes later and said that he would be taking one hour off so that should help somewhat! I told him thanks I was checking up on him and that I could call office and talk to owner the next day! I called once got invoice and talked with owner and very pleasant at first I questioned some of the practices and told him what happened when I called to check on his crew! I never stated that he was in fact taking care of personal business while he was surveying the line for me but I did say that since ihe did answer the phone thinking I was the bank it made me presume that personal business was being done while on the job site thus this is why it took 7 hours! The owner got mad at started raising his voice at me and telling me that I was making things up! I never got to tell him that the surveyor told me that he was taking an hour off not 30 min because of how rude he was getting on the phone! Very unprofessional

My title company failed to order the survey on the house I was to close on Lake Holbrook in Mineola. I guess its not the custom in Wood county for title companies to do so like it is here in Tarrant county so we had to scramble. I had 4 days to get a survey before close. My wife and I called about 20 companies and nobody was available or would not answer our calls. We spoke to Karen B and she was Johnny on the spot! We are so grateful for their professionalism and customer service I cannot recommend them highly enough.
