I have gone to BlackApple Cellular about different times to get a number of devices fixed (tablets and cell phones) and they never let me down Last Monday (July 4th, 2016) I went to their shop at Broughton St to remove a piece of a MicroSD card that broke and got stuck into the slotThe stuck card didn't impair the tablet's functionality in any way, but I wanted it removed and replaced with a new SD card Their technician managed to get the SD card removed, though the tablet wouldn't work anymoreThey rang me immediately and told me what happened When I returned to the shop, they gave me two options: (a) leave the tablet with them for another day so they could try fix it or (b) choose amongst three different tablets with similar specs to replace the one they "broke" By Wednesday morning, I had a new tablet with slightly superior quality than my old tablet and an apology from the manager and the technician who worked on my tablet On Thursday, one of their representatives rang me to check if everything was working properly and if I was satisfied with the transaction! I have always been fond of them, but after that nice little personal touch, I thought these guys are not only good at what they do (fixing gadgets) but they also master the art of customer service I recommend their business to everyone! No doubt they are the best!
I was having some problems with my iPad and took it into the Quadra Street location When you are in your sixties you sometimes wonder how you will be treated when it comes to computers etc., well, the two people there were great! They explained what I had done wrong and did a minor repair, the whole experience only took about ten minutesI wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company
I would like to say that the black apple on Quadra in Victoria have very great serviceTook my phone in to get fixed was told 60$ for lense and 80$ for camera because the glass was in it and couldn't focusI went back to pick it up an hour and a half later I might add.( very fast service) and was ready to pay the 140$ and they didn't need to replace camera and only ended up replacing the lense ..saved me 80$ great hounest people ..and extra prompt service so I didn't go without my phone for very long I totally would recommend them to everyone

The gentleman at the Langford store were efficient and effective in solving my broken Cel problem. Their pleasant customer service along with their professionalism made it easy for me to go back a second time when I had another unlucky cel mishap pffff.

I took my iPhone in thinking that the charger port was damaged. They took one look at it, got an air gun and a pair of twizzers and voila. The iPhone was good as gold. When I tried to pay, they said it was nothing. "It was just lint on the port", they said. They are honest, friendly and diligent. Love them!
