Sending unsolicited texts even after unsubscribingI have unsubscribed from their text service repeatedly and have received confirmation texts of the unsubscribing, but still receive the unsolicited texts that I unsubscribed from. I never signed up for any contact service in the first place. These messages came out of the blue. Most recently, within the past 24 hours and 15 minutes, they have sent me 3 sets of unsolicited texts (5:02pm on Sept 12, 4:16pm on Sept 13, 5:16pm on Sept 13) and I have received confirmation 3 times (once after each unsolicited text) that I have been unsubscribed from their service. I attempted to email the company using the email address they provided for help in this type of issue, and it was instantly sent back to me as an incomplete delivery. The below is what the email contained when telling me my email didn't go through:"Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:[redacted]@blackboardconnect.comThe recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly."I couldn't even reach the company to explain my complaint and work towards a reasonable resolution.Desired SettlementTake my phone number off any and all their contact lists. Stop messaging me. Forever.
