I did call them and left TWO messages right after I got the march letter that they say they didn't get but I feel they ignored since I could tell you word for word what there answering system says They will never admit there wrong doing!! I just want it filed that they do not return phone calls and just file things in court

I am not sure what can be done to further resolve this matter. We had no message from Ms*** or we would have made an attempt to contact her. Once she contacted us, we set up a payment arrangement. It is our preference to avoid suit as well, but we cannot be expected to respond to messages we do not receive. It would not make sense for a law firm trying to secure payment from a consumer, to refuse to return a call to the consumer offering payment

It's my word against there's and I know I left two messages and got no response at all I feel they didn't respond just so they could go to court Gets them more money I don't think there is a way to solve this matter because no matter what they will deny everything!!! I know I left messages and I know there answering system message if I didn't call how would I know that?

Blackburn Law Office, LLC sent a first notice letter to Ms. [redacted] on March 25, 2015.  We received no correspondence from Ms. [redacted] in writing or otherwise until today (5/4/15).  Messages received by voicemail are noted in the system and there are no notes indicating a message from Ms....

[redacted].  Ms. [redacted] called our office today and set up a payment arrangement on her accounts.
