I have reviewed account, in our defense we provided and released title per customer's request back in September 28,to PEMBROKE [redacted] TAG & TITLE to address provided by customerOn January 1/31/we ordered a duplicate title in California , duplicate title was received on 2/13/and sent via certified mail? 2/14/to [redacted] and notified customerOur Title department followed up with Pembroke [redacted] on? 9/17/but got no response backBased on a KSR report we ran it shows Surrender of Title was received by Florida on 3/10/2017.? We did not hear? back from our customer regarding this matter again until 1/19/and? 3/12/, we did inform her this was submitted and process by Florida.? I have contacted Pembroke ***? and Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles for further assistance and awaiting for a response to this resolutionPlease have customer call me directly for further assistance @ 714-656-x***
