Hiin response to this complaint the person who filed this complaint is not known to us, this incident in question was handled by two differnt people who have told more lies than I can even keep up withthis bike came in they where told it would be approx weeks the bike was very hard to start.when they picked up the bike it would start with one kick , we did complete all of the work that was listed on the invoice.what they are not telling you is that the young man took the bike home and actually wrecked the bike while riding it.and after that then the problems started We are a professional shop and will not charge for work we did not do.thank you
