Review: I had a checking account with this bank. I wrote a check for a payment out of the account when I had actually meant to use a different account. Needless to say my account went over and I was charged an overdraft fee. I then was charged a fee for all the other checks that I had automatically coming out not realizing I had made this mistake. They did give me back some of the fees to help me out. I received letters telling me that I had to make the account positive by the 19th of January. Ii put a deposit in the account to make it good. That night I realized I still needed to add $2. I dropped off a check for $10 the next morning at 6 in the night deposit. I then thought everything was good. Then on the 21st I receive a letter stating they closed my account because on the 21st they added a $30 fee. Had I know this was going to be added I would have out more money in the account. I just wanted to make it good before I closed the account myself. I called them and was pretty much told they didn't care and they wouldn't help me. Both ladies were rude and the second lady kept saying that I had been told about some program to help me. Not once did this program ever get mentioned either time I had called. I don't think that my deposit was even placed into my account until the 21st even though it was there on the 18th. I would have taken the second check to the drive up myself but I had to work and couldn't and just figured they would check the night deposit since that is what is for.Account_Number: [redacted]Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)

DesiredSettlementID: RefundI want the $30 "fee" removed and the account to show that it was closed by me not them. I had the account positive had they actually done their job and put that deposit into my account like it was supposed to be.
