I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  [redacted] is not a memeber of the juneau county economic corp   In fact I encourage the Revdex.com to verify this with Junea county.  As far as the returning to finish the job, [redacted] from blackhawk was so disrespectful to my wife and I that we did not want him to return !  We have asked for billing and not recieved anything.  We have asked for a refund and not recieved anything.  We are now left with the court to now handle this poorly so called contractor.

Want to thank Rick and his crew on a very good job installing a bathroom in my basement. Very professional, very clean, very polite and on budget. I highly recommend Black Hawk and will be using them again. Five stars, two thumbs up and major koodos.

Review: [redacted] of blackhawk contractora. Aka Mr fix it! Has misrepresented himself and not honored his signed quote which had included an exchange of funds for work not finished. [redacted] had agreed on a price which my wife, [redacted] and I signed. [redacted] and his quote along with his employees were not prepared.

[redacted] claimed to be a part of the Junea County economic board. After verifying woth the court house and director of the econmic board, [redacted] was not and never has been on that board. [redacted] miareprented himself and priced our job wrongly. [redacted] had aignwd and agreed to a price, to only want $2200 more 3 days and 21 man houra later. The beat part is [redacted], never provided ua with an itemized billing ans uaed our materials( wood & nails ) . He told his 2 employees to leave leave the job unfinished. [redacted] is a very unprofessional, dishonest and sloppy contractor. Its indivisuals like him who make it hard to have conaumers trust a contractor.Desired Settlement: We gave [redacted] $2900 and are requeating half of the down payment returned.
