Not receiving the rebate after all the materials are received and verified by them I made a purchase at kohls.com on Nov on a philips sonicare toothbrush (order number: XXXXXXXXXX), and sent the rebate to them afterwards They received the rebate request on Dec 2, and the website shows that everything is valid However, until today (March 25), I still haven't received the rebate It was supposed to take up to weeks to process it, but it's already been way longer than the timeframe I called twice, and every time they told me to wait even longer, without providing a definite timeframe

I had submitted my Rebate information back in April of last year for my washer They had told me it would take up to days for my refund I waited the days and then some and called to see where my rebate was in the process They said they had no proof of this submission I searched my records and found the web ID number that I received confirming my submission When I called back with this information, they said was past the time of the cut off date for the rebate and they couldn't resubmit it for me I was unaware that I would have to keep checking on my rebate throughout the days in which they said they needed to process my app At this rate, no one will ever receive a rebate because they simply say they do not have record and now it is too late! Do they receive a kick back for these promotions? They are surely not following through with their end of the deal Product_Or_Service: rebate on washer

Philips is not paying an approved rebate
My rebate was approved on 12/05/and they asked days to mail me the rebate card ($40)
It has been more than days already and they still have not mailed my rebate cardI got in touch with them times so far and always got the same response "Please wait more"
They are dishonest with their claims and it does not look like they will pay my rebate without your help
