Asked for a refund and he won't return my money or respond to inquiries I prepaid for [redacted] lawncare services After one application (which was weeks late), the fertilizer used left burn marks in my yard I told him I wanted to terminate his services and get my money back, to which he agreed Despite numerous promises to refund my money, he has yet to do so and will not return phone calls any longer

Purchased lawn treatments, only did very ineffective treatments by *** Requested refund for remaining treatments, he agreed, never sent
Purchased lawn treatments in early *** After I inquired why there was a delay, 1st treatment was done in late *** Treatment was VERY ineffective (seemed like he used "weed seed") About days after 1st treatment, I requested a 2nd treatment for weeds He said he'd be out within a few days, but weeks later he was not Finally came out after that, and apparently did something (flag was in yard), but weeds remained & spread On ***, having heard nothing more, I requested a refund for the remaining treatments (about $**) He agreed & didn't seem surprised (& he shouldn't have been either) But the check never arrived I reached out several times checking on the status, and he became belligerent & intimidating, saying he would only give the refund if we met in person (I had initially agreed to meet in person, but

I had the same issue but after lengthy emails he did show up and pay me the remainder of services
