We at Blackhill, and now the customer also, agree this complaint to have been filed prematurelyWe are actively involved in rectifying and coming to common ground regarding the items damaged and settlementWe have spoke to Mrs [redacted] multiple times and are resolving the issue to her satisfaction as quickly as possible, but we are having to abide by our processes in placeUpon completion of this, the customer has indicated that she will resolve this complaint with the Revdex.com and deem it settled

This is either the 4th or 5th complaint from an original complaint that has been settled previously through the Revdex.comWe would ask this repetitive complaint to be removed as a duplicateWe have delivered all items back to customer on the date she requested and have signed statement from customer
stating suchFurther, customer still owes Blackhill monies for work completed regarding her house clean up and demo from the fire occurring in July that she has been paid for by the insurance companyIn speaking with *** (contents claims adjuster), the insurance company considers this claim closed and paid in full on the contents side which the customer is alleging (again), mis-representations which have been previously answered and deemed complete

On Labor Day, Blackhill was alerted to water damage for the *** homeWe spoke directly to the ***'s and we accommodated their schedule and responded to them to begin work on their home to properly dry outBlackhill gained a signed work and payment authorization from the customer and also gained
approval for all work necessary to properly remediate their homeThis included removal of affected baseboards and drywall to access the saturated framing and sill plates to effectively dryThe customer's continued to turn off our equipment and Blackhill would replace and turn back on dailyThis went on for daysAfter multiple plumbing trips by different companies, that insurance deemed that this loss was not a covered loss and therefore left the customer to pay out of pocked for services rendered, authorized and signed forBlackhill, prior to submitting to the customer, lowered our bill to accommodate the customer now having financial responsibility onlyAt no point, did the customer ever ask us to remove our equipmentThe damage claimed was in fact calculated demo required to properly dry out the customer per protocolThe phone call referenced above was from minutes prior to filing this complaint after already meeting with customer in person for hour, affording them another minutes to discuss then asking to notify us by afternoon their intention to pay or notBlackhill responded and agreed to reduce our invoice an additional 10% and have been paid and consider this matter paid in full and closed as does the customer. Please let me know if there is anything further. *** ***

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, I spoke with *** at 3:18pm and she stated that they have agree to pay for the following:Canopy bed = $+taxes and delivery = $959.84Mattress = $+taxes and delivery = $610.00So you owe me $1,for the bed and mattress and you can pick up the damaged bed and mattress your people causedMr*** should be calling me to establish the time for Monday, for pickup of the old bed and mattress
