with you regarding the credit that is owed to me currently.As a result of Melissa saying I should leave ' shouting' and other times when she shouted at me which was undeserved .though I have a hearing disability people do not shout at me.I left the barn as a result and have a credit due for the unused days.Brandee is going to take this conversation up with you for me since Im trying to get the records she needsand the situation with my horse that Melissa said was 'an emergency' under control .My horse was skin and bones and has a skin infection that Melissa said was 'hair loss from shedding' I know what shedding is and my horse has rain rot and patches of missing fur and is now in treatment.He also had significant problems with The farriers ' work ' or what ever it was recently and big chips out ofhis back hooves which Melissa said were from stamping due to flies...Unfortunately he also had abcesses and infection from the wet sawdust and his shoes up front were two sizesand feet were very badly cared after.I think you know that I have been there for you and am not ' harassing' anyone by natureand hope we can have a peaceful parting of ways and the appropriate credit owed paid as an expedited payment to me.I paid Melissa three months at a time and in advance to make it easier for her.I stayed away since she seemed easily irritated by me.I was asked to not feed my horse fresh grass and his food which I made for him " beet pulp" hydrated withhis carrots and apples was put in my locker once and was rotting with mildew, mold and foul odors after itwas taken out of his bucket for unknown reasons.After I bought the beet pulp which he was used to eating at all the other barnsto keep weight on she told me not to give it to him by leaving it in my locker and saying nothing...then said she would have to charge me more for giving it to him and I said, oklet me know but I alreadybought it remember which she ' forgot ' ...then I found it under the table and it was wet inside the bag for some reason.I don't want to complain and go on but this was unacceptable since my horse apparently stopped eatingnot because I fed him grass a which she said spoiled his appetiteit was GOOD FOR HIM.As it is I have a vet bill for the skin infection and other problems that she said were emergency.He is eating and drinking because he is in a clean environment and not eating off of a wet ammonia soaked sawdust whichcreated bacterial issues for him .Please know that I enjoyed meeting you and tried to help you and hope that you can navigate this matter to a myself and currently treats severely disabled combat veterans We felt compelled to help and offered a significant discount on the consideration that she supports the organization She never attended any of the sessions, or committee meetings, as she never had time I finally got her to do a draft of one logo, but it went nowhere with the lack of follow up as she was always too busy, so the logo was never used So, the math for [redacted] is simple, our counter claim will START with the amounts we discounted TIMES the number of months discounted The math would continue by disproving claimsHorses lose shoes, that’s why there are ferriers to replace them We can also charge her for the excessive bedding and other interruptions from her activities at the farm Feed costs are just describe to a lay person, it was like feeding candy to a baby Horses are very sensitive to sugars, and can even founder, a condition of the hoof that in severe cases can be cause to put a horse down It’s hard to properly care for a horse that is mishandled by the owner We have not seen any details of the emergency call, but if a veterinary was called out in the off hours, it would be considered an emergency call by billing standards, not clinical standards To clarify, if I called a veterinary to my barn on Sunday afternoon, to trim his mane, that would be billed as an emergency call, even when it is clearly not an emergency condition As for the care of her horse, there are other horses at our facility that are doing just fine Blackhorse is a very good farm that does extensive work in the community [redacted] and does not deserve to be slandered by someone who believe the world if flat Yep, [redacted] believes the world if flat, and I can tell you it is hard to reason with someone like that Even when I told her that I was a professional pilot and have seen the curvature of the earth at 41,feet, she still did not want to believe it In summary, I have a very strong case if I wanted to spend the time and aggravation to pursue it However, if there is anything that I have learned in treating PTS over that last years, is to move on when you can, avoid the aggravation and find
