I am rejecting this response because: I never should have been entered into a databaseThat is the crux of why this is a problem. Removing me is appreciated, but I am still requesting reimbursement for my personal information being harvested without my permission since I always used guest accounts, and for sending the infringing emails.

I called corporate who informed me they would call me back with a resolution but after two days of waiting I called back to the storeI once again spoke with *** who allowed me to come in and get cash back for the return on the 2nd of January
Tell us why here... This franchisee location was recently acquired by new owners. This preexisting list was part of the intellectual property acquired. We will work with the new owners and log into this system and remove him. It will take a little time to work with the...
company we use for online marketing to remove him from the system. We will also remove him from the data base at the [redacted] location. On the bottom of all emails that go out there is also an unsubscribe button, that allows the guest to opt out of receiving the emails. Additionally, the customer can press the "junk" button which will route any future e-mails directly into trash.
