We would like some sort of compensation for the rude treatment and wrong order that was delivered hours later

Good Afternoon Ms. [redacted],Please find our response below to the above referenced case.On February 27th,  Mr. [redacted] purchased a 2011 Dodge Journey for his girlfriend. He spent several hours at the dealership going through the process of selecting a car that fit the payment budget...

and size requests for their family. After agreeing to the price and payments, Mr. [redacted] signed approximately 12 documents confirming the purchase price and terms of his vehicle. At no time did he voice concerns over the transaction. On Monday February 29th, Mr. [redacted] called and became irate and shouting obscenities stating that he and his girlfriend had split up and he did not want the car he had purchased. Mr. [redacted] has since picked up the car which was serviced and fully detailed per his request and we have had no further conversation or complaints regarding the purchase.  It is our position that both parties entered into the transaction in good faith and the car was delivered in the condition and terms that both parties agreed upon.Please feel free to contact myself or Mr. [redacted] with any further questions.Kindest regards,[redacted]
