I loved this store but it closed about wks ago why? No one had what they carriedI bought from them a few days before than when I tried to get online it gave me warning message about attackSo I emailed them and got thanks for your business but we no longer except emails and basically they were goneWhy not a firesale? I would have bought more
I ordered an item from ***com which Blacklight.com happened to be the Third Party RetailerI talked to Troy and he was was extremely RUDEHe was very dismissive and lacked compassion He made it clear that he did everything on his end and I should ask my neighbors, check the junk mail on my counter or contact the post officeI asked Troy what happens after all options fail...he again said that I don't care what you do!! I couldn't believe the customer service that I was experiencing After getting no where with Troy from Blacklight....I contacted ***com***took the time apologize for the inconvenience and proceeded to call the third party retailer to get to the bottom of this issueWhen the *** representative got back on the phone she was in disbelief at how rude Troy from Blacklight was and he even said that I probably do this all the time with my online orders***has now escalated this request Again I cannot express my frustration with this experienceI am only giving this company a star because that the only way to get ratedBut realistically they deserve no starsDO NOT order any products from this retailer!!! TROY is the owner and should hire professional customer service repsClearly he doesn't know how to deal with customers
