Review: Completed and Order for a RISK FREE TRIAL with no obligation to buy at a later date. When After only 10 Days my account was charged $94.53 and $99.47. When I called the Number to dispute was told by a very rude customer service man that he is sorry I did not understand what I was ordering and that there was no way for a refund however he would offer just a 50% money back and that was all he could do for me. When I ask who do I speak with above him or his office such as a District manager, he advise he could not give me that information and that he did not know what to tell me. Maybe I could contact the president or something like that. Can not remember his exact words however he would give me no information. I have emailed the support links and receive back that I can return for a refund but only over the phone. This is not the problem the problem is that money was taken from my account without authorization and I want that money returned. I have provided the company with all of my documents and still have nothing. Even if I would have agreed to the purchase, The company did not even wait the full 15 days as stated in their own add to charge my account.Desired Settlement: I would like the money refunded to my account. Review: I clicked on an ad to buy a trial (what I thought was size not contract) bottle of Blackline Elite for $4.95. I received it. It was a marketing style landing page. I never read anywhere that in 14 days it would charge me and enroll me in some program after 14 days. Apparently I was charged 99.47 two weeks after the initial trial period, though I never received any email from the company. Today, a month after that, I received an email from the company saying they'd be sending me another bottle and charging me another $99.47. When I contacted customer service all they kept saying was what could they offer me not to cancel. He said he couldn't cancel the transaction that hadn't been sent yet, though he could give me another bottle and give me a discount on this order. He also told me I'll never win fighting it with my credit card company. This is clearly a company that buries legal text and profits this way. They will not be a company that maintains trusting customer relationships.Desired Settlement: I've filed a dispute with my credit card company, and I'm hoping to be refunded for all but the initial $4.95. I'm happy to send the bottle that I've never used back. I've also cancelled my "contract" with them going forward and received an email confirmation stating so.

Review: I saw the advertisement for Blackline Elite on my facebook page and since the website said free with a 100% satisfaction I decided to give the product a try. They took my credit card number to handle the $5.00 shipping. On Sept 22 I received an email saying that they were shipping more of the product. I called immediatley and said I did not want any more and that I thought it was a free trail and if I liked it I would purchase more. They have since charged my credit card a total of $273.99 and have only credited my account for $92.13 for supplements that were suppose to be free. They sent out One more bottle that I did not open and have sent back. I have called them three times. The first call, they said they would give me a 50% credit, and my portion of the bill would be $47.26. I agreed to this (reluctantly) but they have since charged me well above $47.26. I think that there web site is very deceptive and I hope that you can help me with this matter.Desired Settlement: Charged me $273.99. Credited me $92.13 I agreed to pay $47.26273.99 - 92.13 - 47.26 = 134.60 refund

Review: I ordered a 14 day trial of their product which was total junk. I called to cancel. A month and a half later, they automatically deduct 100 dollars from my acct w/o approval. They now claim, I did not call and cancel and they have no record of such and still took my money. The customer service lady ([redacted]) was very rude and unhelpful. this seemed like a regular practice from these guys. Review: Blackline Elite are offering workout supplements online under the names of Blackline Elite and [redacted]. The website offers a free sample of either product for about $5. Having ordered the product I noticed a charge of $99 appear on my bank statement a couple of weeks later. I contacted the company to inquire about the charges and they informed me that the free trial was part of a subscription to a supplement service where the usual price was $99/month but the first month is free. Customers had 14 days after registering with the company to cancel their subscription, otherwise they would be charged.

This was the first I'd heard about the subscription - I hadn't spotted anything on the original website nor had anything been mentioned in any of the order confirmation emails. The representative at the call center told me it was the customer's responsibility to cancel the subscription after 14 days and that now the charge had been issued there was nothing they could do. They were not prepared to refund my money, even if I returned the product.

Luckily my credit card company blocked the charges so no money was taken. Having checked the website I noticed the subscription terms listed below - in small writing in a page full of large attention-grabbing text and bold images. A quick visit to a couple of online forums revealed I was not the only person to have been deceived by this. While the company will say they made the information available, by displaying it in this way and nowhere else (especially in a confirmation email) I can't help but feel the company is hardly being open and clear about their business practices and asking the customer to take responsibility for something they are not being made fully and clearly aware of.Desired Settlement: At this time I understand my credit card has not been charged.

Review: During a 14 day trial of the product, I determined I was no longer interested in using it. I called on the 14th day and canceled my order for Blackline Elite and [redacted]. I received cancelation numbers from the representative who after arguing with me for 45minutes finally agreed to refund my money. Those cancelation numbers were [redacted] and [redacted]. I never received the product and after thinking all was good, I received another e-mail notifying me that another order was proccesed for the two supplements. I called the company back again and gave them my original cancelation numbers. They stated they were never actioned and the money wasn't refunded. I checked my CC and sure enough, the charges were still there. I advised the lady who answered this time that they now owed me $388. After arguing with her for another 15 minutes she agreed to refund the majority of the charges but not the whole thing. She also advised that the prior month charges were not refundable any longer even though the company had already stated they would refund the product. She once again gave me cancelation numbers [redacted] and [redacted]. With the time I have waisted dealing with this, I want to make sure it is noted that the company is scamming people with the product.Desired Settlement: I had to cancel the credit card to prevent future charges from this company. Review: I was on line Christmas shopping when a survey came up for Walmart. I took the survey and it was stated that I was to receive a free gift for filling out survey. All I had to do was pay shipping. This was done on December 14th 2014. On december 29th Blackline Elite took $99.47 out of my account reason being I never cancled the order. If I would have known when I took the survey that the gift was not free I would never have took the survey. I did give my card information to the company to pay for shipping only. I contacted the company Blackline Elite on December 30th and was told that the order was still in place and that I was responsible for the payment. I was taken advantage of by Blackline Elite. Thru arguing with them for over a hour and dealing with 3 seperate people I was offered 35% then 50% all the way up to 70% of purchase price..We came to the agreement of a full refund but only after they have the returned product in their posession. I will still be out the UPS charge to send back as well as the orignal mail cost agreed to at the time I took the survey.Desired Settlement: I would like to be paid for my shipping costs. which totals $13.64 and a apology for misleading me

Review: I purchased a trial offer for this product. The company kept my credit card information and continued to bill me for a product that I did not want. It is not a lot of money but I do feel that I'm responsible to make sure this doesn't happen to more people.Desired Settlement: Refund the charges that I did not agree to.

Review: Company advertises a Free Trial product where you only pay shipping and handling. Then in extremely deceptive small print adds that if you don't return the product (which was a free trial) They will bill you $96 dollars for it. I feel they are being very deceptive and dishonest with their advertising and not up front about the product & charges. They are essentially stealing money from consumers in my opinion. When I called the day of the 96 dollar charge - they said Sorry, but we will not refund these charges under any circumstance once we apply them.Desired Settlement: I would like the two charges applied to my account without my consent refunded. ($94.53 and also $99.47) I would also like them to change there advertising so that it is more honest and upfront for consumers.

Review: I ordered a free sample of two products from this company with the agreement that I pay shipping and handling for both products. The two transactions that I agreed to appeared on my credit card statement followed two weeks later by a full charge for both products. I then received an email on March 8, 2015 saying that my order had been processed and my shipment will arrive shortly. I immediately contacted the company (5 minutes after receiving the email) telling them to cancel my order and any future shipments as I did not authorize any recurring shipments. I also questioned why they had charged me full price for the original shipment. They responded today tellng me that I had agreed to recurring shipments and since I did not cancel them within a two week period from the original order that I was responsible for the full payment of the original order and that they would not cancel the shipment coming informing me that I need to call them and that I'm responsible for the cost of returning the shipment and a restock fee. There was no agreement with the original order about a recurring shipment or a two week trial period and certainly nothing about the cost of the product beyond the shipping and handling that I agreed to pay.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology from the company, a full refund, and for the company to state upfront what the charges are.

Review: The company advertised a 14 Day TRIAL period before they charge the membership fee however they didn't deliver the product until after the 14 days was over so they charged my account $184.00 and refuse to refund my money when I called to cancel stating that it was too late. It's impossible to try the product within 14 days if the don't deliver it within that time. I want my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $184 that they charged my account.
