Hurricanes Harvey and Irma heavily stretched our resources. We sincerely apologize for the delay in returning the deposit as it was completely unintentional. I confirmed with our accounting division that [redacted] check # [redacted] in the amount of $3,120.85 was cut and mailed after the first of... the month to [redacted] , NY 10304. Unfortunately I do not have an exact date it was mailed however, if the check has not been received by the 17th of October, please contact me directly and I will have that check canceled and a replacement sent overnight.

We were able to get in touch with *** *** in regards to
the pictures of his un-salvageable items. We have the pictures of these
items and will be placing them on a disc. I will be mailing
these out to
*** on Monday, December 7th. Mr*** and I discussed that if
these were not the pictures that he was looking for to give me a call. We
also will be providing the list of non-salvageable items for his review.
*** was thankful for my call and I followed up with an email so that he
will have my contact information.
