June 11, 2015Good morning,My name is Calvin LStewart, owner of CStewart Enterprises LLCPlease let this letter serve as a response to complaint number [redacted] In response to Mrand MsPeete, I truly apologize that the customer is having difficulties with their audio/ video receiver In rebuttal to the installation /purchase dates the actual receiver was purchased and installed on April 5, The product along with my labor carried a full one-year warranty on parts and laborUnfortunately at this time the receiver is no longer in warrantyIn the original estimate, I quoted a receiver, model name and number, ONKYO TX–SR MrPete suggested to me that he would rather have the ONKYO after doing research on his computer, he felt that was the better receiverI agreed that, that receiver would be suitable or more then what was needed for their systemFortunately the AV receiver has worked perfectly since April 5, MrPeete stated over the phone to my answering service that they had power outages during the recent rain storms, and as stated in their complaint the problem occurred on or around May 27, either during or right after the bad weather conditionsIn spite of this unfortunate condition, and as a company that's always willing to satisfy my customers, I am willing to guide Mrand MsPeete in the right direction towards getting a new receiver from another Company and/or manufacture, and making sure that purchase, and A/V receiver, will be suitable for their system requirementsIf you have any questions at all, please give me a call directly, at Thank You!Sincerely, Calvin L StewartCStewart Enterprises LLC [redacted] (Please see supporting documents)

In rebuttal to the installation /purchase dates the actual receiver was purchased and installed on April 5, 2011. The product along with my labor carried a full one-year warranty on parts and labor. Unfortunately at this time the receiver is no longer in warranty. In the original estimate, I quoted a receiver, model name and number, ONKYO TX–SR 508. Mr. Pete suggested to me that he would rather have the ONKYO TX-NR 609 after doing research on his computer, he felt that was the better receiver. I agreed that, that receiver would be suitable or more then what was needed for their system. Fortunately the AV receiver has worked perfectly since April 5, 2011.
