I never received a discount at allI got the bill showed my coupon and showed that it appeared in the recent splash paper with the date of not I thought it was a misprint and phoned the companyThey offered me no discount and never even apologized for the add being wrongThat’s when I went back and found the same add a year back with the same expired dateI was happy with the work done but thought it was advertising to have the expiry date as appearing in an add in the splashI thought the company would offer me some discount but did not.

This is in response to the complaint filed by *** * ***Tho whom it may concern;The above customer called our company about an electrical service callThey were using an add that expired on 10/31/for a % discount on the work that they had us doneThe work was completed when they
presented the expired addWe did give the customer a discount of % from the ordered workThere is no misrepresentation nor advertising as the add had expired.Thank YouErnie MOwner.

We were originally out on 4/24/for no power to the arizona room at Mr***'s homeOur tech did his diagnostics and figured out that the issues wasThere was a GFI that was tripped the tech reset the GFI and it was working properly when he leftOver a week later on 5/2/Mr***
called in and said he was still having the same issues and I did state that if it was for the same issues we would apply the $he paid towards the repair depending on what needed to be done (due to not knowing if it would be over $to fix the issue or if it was related which was explained to Mr***)Our tech went out to the home and adjusted the GFI and did tell Mr*** it was working but the breaker was being overloaded and should be replacedWe offered to apply the $towards the new breaker and Mr*** declined because the GFI was now working due to another adjustment to the GFI(which is a temporary fix not a permanent fix)Mr*** declined any additional work so our tech leftMr*** did not pay any other feesOur services were rendered and no money or service is due on either endWe would like this to be removed.
