do daily as a part of our practice, we recognize how important it is that we estimate insurance participation as accurately as possible to prepare patients for their out of pocket expenses.  It most cases, our estimates are very accurate.  Unfortunately in this situation, the estimate of coverage was off by a more significant amount.  We have reached out to this patient with a phone call to convey our willingness to work with him on this.  He was unable to answer, so a message was left expressing our desire to resolve his concern.Sincerely,Blackrock Dental

Following this conversation with him there was a misunderstanding about the patient's ongoing concern. As soon as we heard of this concern we contacted the patient and resolved his concern immediately. He was pleased with the resolution.
