First of all I would like to say that we are sorry, we try our best to satisfy our customer's needs. We received a call from [redacted] from [redacted] at or around 9PM that the sewer that we routed several days ago was backing up again. I explained to her that there would be $300.00 dollar emergency service call if we were to return that night. She advised me she would have to check with the home owner. Minutes later I received another call from the home owner we talked about the past sewer problems he had had on this property he told me that he had installed an outside clean out. I asked him if he bedded the pipe in stone since his property sat on clay he advised me he did not. I told him I would change some appointment around and I would come out first thing in the morning to rod and camera the line because I felt it had collapsed at the joint where the clay and plastic came together. He agreed. I received a 3rd call it was Miss [redacted] she told to get out there that night and rod it out since we were there before I told her again that we would go that night but there is going to be a emergency service call. She told me she has 30 houses and we had an agreement to do her plumbing and we better get out there. We do not have any set contract for this property management company. She went on saying I'm not paying a emergency service call I advised her if she could find a company that was licensed, bonded & insured and did not have an emergency service call to send me the bill.
The next day I received a text message to cancel the morning appointment, then I received another text message that she needed an appointment, then she called me I told her about the service calls and how we do things at Black's Plumbing she got even madder. I received a text message demanding a refund payment of $225.00 from the pervious rod out, and at that time we did rod out roots and other debris that I advised the tenant that he should not put down the drain. When leaving that time the sewer was flowing fine. Or she was calling the Revdex.com. I advised her that are warranty is as follows:
In some cases, due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e.. collapsed lines, installation, excessive root infestation, hardened chemicals stoppages) the work proposed may not result in an open drain. Should that occur, full price of the proposed work will be charged.
2 year full parts and labor on all services performed by Black's Plumbing unless otherwise specified. *excludes sewer / drain clearing / cleaning
