I received a letter from your Revdex.com division today indicating that a complaint has been received pertaining to my business After reviewing the claim, I would like to detail
the situation as I know it
Mrs*** was indeed billed $for both April and May due to the fact that my company has no paperwork indicating that she desired to have her account frozen for these months Our company requires signed paperwork prior to us making any changes to billing information and we also require a day notice in order to make these changes The EFT contracts our customers sign are legally binding contracts that we do not change without written and signed notice from the customer Mrs*** indicated to the associate in mid-May that she was to have been frozen for April - September, but we have no record of this either in our paperwork or in our computer system I then received a signed form requesting that she be frozen for the months of June through October, which we planned to honor; however, the customer called back and requested cancellation of the account I cancelled her account immediately although the requested days notice was not provided in order to prevent any future issues I have checked my email, both my inbox and my spam folder, and I have not received any email communication from Mrs*** or I would have responded accordingly Although I feel that our company has followed all company procedures, which are outlined in the membership form that Mrs*** signed when she began her membership with us, I would be willing to give Mrs*** $in store credit to be used at a later date for spray tanning as she sees fit in an attempt to be fair to her, as she has not tanned with us since March 28th of this year Due to the fact that we do not have proper documentation, I do not feel it is appropariate to refund her any money via check If you have any further questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact me via email

Review: I purchased a spray tanning membership late in 2013 and froze that account for the month of March was the last month I would pay 39.80 for. I was billed for both the months of April and May. When billed in April I called and was told it was fixed. It continued and was billed again in May which caused an overdraft in my checking account of $36.00. I was repeatedly told the owner would contact me which never happened. After multiple phone calls and going in I was promised a check to cover their charges but was never sent. I have called multiple times again and emailed the owner with no response.Desired Settlement: A refund for my two month charges, minus the frozen account fee and a reimbursement of the overdraft they created on my account.
