Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: We can argue back and forth all day about whether or not Lidia and her sales team did everything in their power to promote sales of my brand, Pink Sheep Heiress; I maintain that they did not to nearly enough to promote the brand and that Lidia lacks the knowhow to procure sales for any brandI find it interested that she was begging me to work with Styling On and encouraging in how saleable my products were and now is saying that the fault is that of my products At this point, we will have to agree to disagree on the sales frontThat being said; my contract with Styling On LLC guaranteed that a photo shoot would be held for the use of creating original content for use on Pink Sheep Heiress' social media platforms and also that a trunk show would be held within the specified geographic region (the Northeast United States) to promote the brand and sell productStyling On LLC failed to provide either of these services for which I paid, in full, and for that I demand a refund of $The contract written by Styling On, which promises this, is attached.The reason I was interested in continuing to work with Styling On LLC past March was because of the other team members who handled the PR and social media efforts for Pink Sheep Heiress; Kevi and ChrystianKevi is a talented PR professional who greatly benefitted my brand and assisted greatly increasing recognition of the brandChrystian, who served as the creative director on photo shoots was a complete professional and always delivered excellent work for Pink Sheep Heiress Kevi has various assistants and associates, all of whom contributed to the success in the PR and brand development of Pink Sheep HeiressLidia and her sales team never provided services that met let alone exceeded my expectations and despite this, I stuck around to try to make things with work with the PR and Social Media team, who have since left due to their own issues with Lidia and her business practicesStyling On did not provide the services I paid for in July 2016; that's not an opinion but a fact In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

the brand in the beginning of our partnership needed a lot of work, our effort was put into re-branding and PR outreachAlthough, we have continually put effort into reaching out to new buyers and scheduling buyer meetingsKatie had the option to stop working with us back in March if she wasn't satisfied with our services as it was a trial, but she continued to renew her contract, because she had stated multiple times how happy she was with our overall work including PR, web development for both of her brands, events as well as content shoots for social mediaRegarding sales, we had communicated with Katie almost everyday expressing our effort with salesBack in March, we even discounted her service from $3,to $2,because we had stated that we did not feel comfortable in bringing her the sales results that she anticipatedTherefore we were only charging her for PR, social media and website management services all for $2,We had also stated that we would continue with our sales efforts to assist her with buyer outreachUnfortunately we had no success with sales because every buyer we met with emphasized that the products were way too expensive while the collection looked too youngWe sent Katie a regular report of our buyer meetings and expressed all their feedbackAt the end of the day, we did everything we could to try and help build accounts for KatieIn regards to letting go employees, we had to do what's best, and unfortunately some of the employees were not producing the work requiredAs the owner of the company, I have the right to let employees go if they're not helping our business grow as well as bring results to our clientsWe do not prey on clients, as I have long relationships with clients which will express their satisfaction with my team's effortsAlso to note, we do our best to market a brand, but at the end, the product itself needs to be outstanding to become successful in this highly competitive marketIn regards to any website issues, everything has been resolved in a timely manner, as we have no reason to withhold any of your business assetsIn conclusion, as per our contract, we do not issue any refundsWe wish you the best of luck with your brand development
