we did contact Blackstone directly several times and the company finally agreed to return $200 from the about she had withheld for roadside assistance. this is not an satisfactory solution but we do not have any other choice.

directly by Blackstone Insurance regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved Nancy said she would send a check out but I havent received it she never informed me from the start that she was setting me up with another insurance company inwhich she states she have no controll over them giving me my money back I have been in contact with her back and forth since I knew they sold the vehicle I was to purchase for a refund inwhich I still havent received yet and this been going on for over six months.  I sent her $1030 and I will like my full refund they have not did any business on my behalf to keep any money I didnt need the car insurance I had no car to insure.

Review: I made this complaint Regarding BlackStone Insurance Company. Basically they had me pay for a service they could not provide. I purchased a car on june ** 2014 from Nemmet Dealer, at that time I was brought to Blackstone I spoke with a rep. named [redacted], he told me that my insurance with country wide would be $277 mthly for 1yr. I accepted those terms because it was a great rate. After many calls and inquiries I never rec'd any documents from the Insurance co. I questioned [redacted] at Blackstone he always said dont worry you will get your paper work. I finally went on line and viewed the acct. which disclosed that my mthly premium was $358 and not $277 which was promised. I dont know what transpired after I left but I know what was disclosed to me, they debited my account for $607 and sent the insurance co. $287, which also prooves thats the quote they gave me the extra $10 seems to be a fee. I dont want anything that not mine. I paid the insurance co. for one month I cancelled my insurance July **, 2014 and switched to [redacted] with no hassles. Im seeking the balance of my money due to the fact they did not follow through with what the advertised. $320 is what is owed back to me. They cannot advertise and offer and guarantee an amount than change it, no matter what errors they should have informed me first and given me the choice to go somewhere else which I did anyway. I dont like this type of under handed buisness and I will never recommend them to anyone.Desired Settlement: I pay $607 on 6/**/2014, $287 went to Country Wide with the agreement of the monthly insallment of $277 for one year. That was not what happened so I cancelled everything on 7/**/2014 and went with another insurance company, therefore I deserve a refund because they did not do their due dillegence. Their guarnatee was voided and thats what they were paid for. I did not let this get out of hand but if I had to pay another insurance co. then they should not get paid.

Review: I received a collection notice for unpaid car insurance. The collection agency informed me that blackstone insurance had the policy and I told them I have no idea who that company is because I do not have any car insurance. I was given the contact info for blackstone insurance upon calling them I asked for the person who was handling the policy I was informed that he no longer works there and his name is [redacted]. I was then transferred to the [redacted] I informed [redacted] that I was informed that I have a policy and I was not aware of this until 2/**/14 and this policy was opened in Sept 2013. I told her whatever [redacted] did when he started this policy in my name is fraud. She replied by saying well he corrected the mistake but she mentioned to me earlier that [redacted] never worked there. Her defense came into the conversation and an argument about her contradicting statement led to her hanging up on me. I called back numerous times but it was informed she won't pick up the phone I then requested copies of any policies they have in my name along with [redacted] contact info and I was told it would have been faxed to me on 2/**/14 but I never received any fax.Desired Settlement: I want my record cleared with this collection agency mess that has now affected my credit report. I want that so called [redacted] to apologize to me and I'm requesting your company investigate their business because this is unfair and I'm missing necessary work days to deal with this issue.

Review: I have tried to contact the agent but no answer plus no paper work from the agent. I don't even know if I was even signed an insurance policy .Desired Settlement: I want to cancel what I think that may have been a policy

Review: I went to purchase a Car from Nemmet Dealer at that time the Salesman informed me that he had a place for me to get insurance for the vehicle at a fair price. I went with him before purchasing the car. The [redacted] came to me with a quote of $277 mothly for 1 year. I called my girfreind and my daughter was present we all agreed that was a fair price. They could not find the vin Number so without my knowledge the [redacted] used a 2014 Nissan Versa instead of 2015. I told him that was incorrect he said "Dont worry when I got the quote I told them it was a 2015". They debit the account for $607 and they said $277 goes to the insurance company and the rest is their fee. I kept asking them where are my documents why hasn't the insurance company sent any documents they assured me they were sent out, I stareted getting recorded phone calls saying they are canceling my insurance, the [redacted] told me it was an error. I finally went on Country Wides website on my own and discovered that they had lied to me. They sent the Insurance Company $287 Payment for the month. The Policy states I owe $91 when I asked the [redacted] he said " I dont know why they say you owe $91". The policy also states my payments are $358 monthly again The [redacted] says "Oh I told you $358 $277 thats cheap for full coverage" knowing full well he never told me that because if he did I would have not taken it I could do that on my own. I have 4 cars and a great driving record it was the salesman and the [redacted] who said they can do much better, so that is why I agreed. When I call now they have so many different stories they said the salesman told them a 2014 thats why I recieved that quote but its more for 2015. He must think Im crazy there are 3 witnesses to this transaction and it dosnt make sense. I am now going with Geico which I got much cheaper than $358 on my own. I want my money back due to the unprofessional way this was handeled and they did not do what was advertised I still have to go with another insurance company and they messed up my good name I now owe Country Wide $91 and I dont know why. None of this was in the initial agreement they were so desperate for money they just forgot the good name of doing business.Desired Settlement: $320 This is the amount minus the payment to the insurance company due to the fact they did insure me for 1 month.

Review: ON Nov **,2013 purchased new car Hyundai Accent at Nemet Motors located on [redacted]. At the time of purchase had problems in obtaining a desired insurance quote and as a result chose to accept the dealers option . On the [redacted] of February I changed to Statefarm -the agent took care on making this changeover very seamless . My last payment to Blacstone Ins Agency was on or around [redacted] Jan 2014 and I paid my first monthly payment on [redacted] of Feb,2014 to Statefarm.Now up to this date I cannot receive any refund due to me , instead I am being told as All Island Credit is involved as my financier due to a loan that was arrnged I am subjected to applying fees and owe them $33.00. I am aware that All Island Credit is involved I don't undestand why I made my payments directly to Blackstone and do not need them as I told them in the beginning when I made an inquiry about an invoice they sent me covering a year.Futhermore I was not sent any documents to review terms and conditions of their financial service and accept , also at very first stage at the dealership I remembered signing to accept the amount of 360.27 on a rushed setting ,was even taken to the ATM close by as they wanted the first payment in cash.Desired Settlement: I need to know if this can be resolved because my overall experience with the purchase of my car is such that the car dealers took advantage of a very vulneranble consumer and also have other concerns pending.

Review: There are several Complaints:

My Husband and I signed up for this car insurance March *, 2014. We made a authorized charge of $1484.10 to have this insurance. We were under the knowlege that this money was soley given to [redacted] which is the carrier of this broker. We canceled this insurance 4/*/14 and sent in all the paper work to cancel it. The [redacted], [redacted] along with the staff claimed that they sent the cancelation paper work to [redacted]. When we confirm with [redacted] several times within the month of April, they never received any paper work stating we cancel from Blackstone. After nurmerous calls, and no paperwork sent to [redacted],my husband and I had to call our current insurance on 04/**/14 which is [redacted] to send us the paper work of the start date with them which is 04/**/14 and fax that copy stating duplicate insurance to [redacted] which would automatically cancel out [redacted] on 04/**/14. Finally on 04/**/14 after us faxingpaper work to [redacted], our insurance was cancel on 04/**/14. After 30 days of us waiting for [redacted] to send in the refund to the Finance company, they sent a check of $871 to the finance company. We contacted the finance company which is [redacted] Administrator ###-###-#### of our refund. They stated they only received a check from [redacted] of $871 and from that they deducted $646 from that amount which was sent to [redacted] to make the amount of $1642 . They also stated from taking out there money which brings the amount to $348 and from that they take their finance charge and sends us the rest. I stated we have a bank statement showing that we gave the insurance company Blackstone a total of $1484.10. They said we had to contact [redacted] to figure out why they sent so little bit of money which is $871. We contacted [redacted] and they said Black stone Insurance only sent them $994. and to contact them why they sent that amount. We contacted Black Stone and they stated that yes they only sent $994 to [redacted] and the rest went to [redacted] roadside assistance which was $490 for a yearly service. We asked for them to send us an email stated that paperwork because we didn't athorized to have [redacted] roadside service due to having it already with Honda. We recieved the email and the paperwork stated [redacted] roadside assistance. We contacted [redacted] services due to us having no knowledge or any statements or card for this services. They couldn't find us in the system at all stating we had that service. We then call the number on the form which is ###-###-#### and they said we do have that service but its a $50 dollar yearly service. We asked to have that paperwork fax to us of verify how much was paided to them and a written contract that we actually have that service. They said they couldn't give us any written statement but to contact Blackstone and get that paper work. I then proceeded to call [redacted] the [redacted] which she came on the phone stated My husband sign and was well aware of the Brokers fees of $465 which he and I DIDNOT KNOW ABOUT or authorized or consented to it. She also stated instead of charging a brokers fee of $465, they gave us [redacted] roadside assistance. We contacted [redacted] service again which was the number they emailed us and they said its not the acutal [redacted] roadside assistance,its a company that is operated and owned by Blackstone Insurance. I contacted Blackstone [redacted] to get clarification. I asked [redacted] to fax over every peice a paperwork that my husband signed to me and she agreed. She then proceeded to tell me that he is over the age of 21 and who am I. My name is actually attached to that file because the car is under my name and we open the insurance together as my husband the driver an I am the non driver. She again asked me who am I . I said, Im his wife and Im entitled to have every document in that file. All the bills sent to us in the mail states both of our names. Again I repeated Im his wife, she then said " IF YOUR IS WIFE, THEN IM HIS GIRLFRIEND HOW ABOUT THAT" and hung up. I didnot call her back as I was very upsest and felt that she cross the line. As a [redacted], she should never speak to me her coustomer like that. I want to file a formal complaint agaist this company for changing the agreement, false adveristment, Unethical sales practice, Misrepresentation of service, An unauthorized service, Inapproriate behavior by customer service personnel and Failure to provide an invoice or written statemtent of service.Desired Settlement: My husband and I would like our refund back. We paid a total of $1484.10 to only have this car insurance for 1 month. We was never notified or consent to a Brokers Fee of $465.

Review: (1)Our signature was forged on documents to finance auto insurance through All Island Credit Corp this transaction was done by Blackstone Insurance Agent and an Agent of Nemet Motors at Nemet Motors. We were not aware of anything regarding All Island Credit Corp and did not sign any documents for this service, we became aware of All Island Credit Corp when we received the bill in the mail and immediately canceled service and therefore should not be charge by All Island Credit Service.(2)Also Black Stone Insurance Company is refusing to refund the balance of our $ 465 deposit that was allegedly applied to AAA Roadside assistance even though we canceled service after about 13 days and the service was never used.Desired Settlement: Refund of the portion of my $1,500 deposit that was not used by All State Insurance Agency, All State Insurance Co charged a total of $267 for the period during which we were covered and the balance was sent to All Island Credit. We are seeking a full refund of our deposity with the exception of the premium charged by All State Insurance Agency. And also charges against Blackstone Insurance Co for forgery of our signitures and full refund for the portion of our deposit that was kept for AAA

Review: I purchased car insurnace w this company in May 2015 I put a grand total of 1200$ and I recently got a call from them in August saying that they never recieved the 1200$ . So I got to the dealership where I got my car from and who set up my insurance and they told me the guy who set up the insurance was no longer there because him and the broker Nancy from blackstone was charging people and taking they money . So when I spoke directly to the company I only had to pay 900$ so they charged me an extra 300$ . I'm just upset .so now I can't drive my car because I have no insurance and 1200$ is down the drain . Everything between the dealership and the broker is he say she say and I don't want to deal w the headache .Desired Settlement: Refund
