Work was completed as discussed with the customerMiscommunication is the only explanation as the dimensions the customer is stating are not what were discussed when the work was preformed.Customer was on site for the duration of the workHe never raised any questions or concerns whole the work was being preformedIn fact, he did some welding work on our trailer while we were thereWhen we completed the work, the customer paid one of my workers the agreed upon price, $1,after first attempting to barter a portion of the total for a riding lawn motor. We did not hear from the customer again until a USPS Certified Letter was received March 27,No phone number was listed in the letter so the very next day we went to the customer's home to discuss his concerns and do what was needed to make him happy but no one would respond to our attempts to make contact at the gate.I in turn sent the customer a USPS Certified Letter in an attempt to work with the customer on his concerns but he chose to have his attorney call instead. The customer has never voiced his concerns directly to me or given me a chance to make things "right" and just demands his money be reimbursedI have material , equipment rental and labor all invested in his job and find refund request unreasonable especially when my attempts to address his concerns have been ignored.? In response to the "Estimate Receipt" stating we are Revdex.com Accredited, my new employee unknowingly grabbed receipts that had been mis-printed by the printing company that were in the truckThose receipts have since been discarded so that this error does not happen in the future.?
