I do not recall buying any insurance product from Foresters Financials neither I gave them my baking information or any pre-authorization But apparently Foresters has been charging $monthly from my *** *** *** *** account I am very much puzzled and have a whole lot of questions How did Foresters get my bank account number? How did they setup pre-authorization?

My father passed away Feb ***, As a Retired Armed Forces worker the documentation of his passing and medical records were requested from the local VA hospital The VA stated they sent the disk On multiple contact attempts Forester's stated they never received it The 3rd phone call regarding the receiving of his medical records including the VA rep conferenced in on MY part not Forester's to ensure that being mailed to correct location Waited few more weeks...still say they have nothing As of today, my mother spoke with a gentleman and explained to him that the records were on a disk not physical paper He confirmed the receiving of it and it was being uploaded, but that it would take ANOTHER days for a status I found that unacceptable as a consumer spending countless time on top of this matter, not Forester's I call back minutes later to speak with Vanessa and she tells me they have no records minutes after a seperate rep confirmed they had them Af

I never gave Albert G*** permission for and-signature to sign me up for life insuranceThey went in my account and Stole $This is what I wrote to them in this regard:
This is a fraudulent actI did not sign up with any Albert G*** whose name I got from Felix@ ext *** He said a policy number of *** is attached to my nameI DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS AND WOULD LIKE THIS POLICY CANCELED IMMEDIATELYMy account has been debited in thee amount of $under pretenses and I want my money returnedI was told by Felix that this guy Alex used an electronic signature for meNow he asked that I send my license over to verify my signature I AM NOT SENDING MY ID OVEF FOR FEAR OF MORE FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY FROM YOUR COMPANY I have notified my bank that this is fraudulent as wellStop ALL ACTIVITY IMMEDIATELY

Amazing customer service and appropriate coverage for my family and myselfI am a construction worker and have a family of I am ever so grateful that I was able to get coverage by Foresters FinancialI was able to take out of my cash value to pay for a family medical emergencyI thank the agent from PHP Agency Inc that sat down with my wife and I and went out of their way to make sure we were properly taken care ofIf it wasn't for them, I would be struggling and probably would have gone into debt because of the medical emergency Thank you so much for protecting me and my family!

I’m making it a point to share my experience with Foresters Financial and Agents for America to hopefully save the next person a serious headacheMaybe others have had a different experience but BEWAREI am beyond annoyed with bothThank goodness for USAASo we had a lady from Agents of America contact us about investment optionsShe presented a bunch of options and companies and we ended up going with term life insurance through Foresters FinancialShe had given us pricing and filled out paperwork for Damien and was supposed to come back to discuss options for meWe gave her a voided check pending approval of paperworkAbout week passed and I see a debit on my account from Foresters FinancialSo I called her to find out what was going on and she apologized for us not being aware payments would go into effect and said we should be getting paperwork any day to review and we’d have days to cancel if after reviewing the paperwork we decided not to keep the policyAlso said she’d be in contact within the week to come back out to review paperwork with usSo we waitedIt was a busy week and we hadn’t been checking the mail so we didn’t get the paperwork til almost weeks laterBut we also hadn’t heard back from the agentWhen we got the paperwork the numbers weren’t what we remembered discussing with the agent and since we’d had not contact from Foresters (as a new customer and all) or from the agent, we decided we would just cancel and stick with a company we were familiar with and had done business withSo I called Foresters Financial to cancel the policyBefore I go on, tracking on the documents they sent showed they hadn’t sent paperwork out until the day after they charged our accountWhen I called Foresters they advised that I would need to fax in a letter requesting cancellation and that would stop the next payment but my first payment would not be returned because I only had days from policy approval to cancelI argued the issue but got nowhere so I sent the cancellation request that day by fax with a detailed dispute of the 1st charge and request for return of the 1st deductionI called the next day to make sure they got the fax and the rep confirmed they had it and assured me that the next payment should not be deducted from my accountLittle less than a week later low and behold a 2nd months charge was deducted from our accountWhen I called this time I was advised that my cancellation request wasn’t sent in time because they needed business days to process the cancellation and that it would take days to process a returnBy this time, I’m fuming and spitting fireSo I waited the day processing timeThey issued a refund check for the 2nd months chargeAs soon as I got it and they confirmed again that they were not refunding the 1st payment, I called USAA who directed me to submit a dispute with their online formI sent them a copy of the request and dispute I had sent Foresters and the next morning they had already reversed the funds and called me to notify me it had been processed and ask if I needed their help with the return of the 2nd chargeThank you USAAIssues like this is why we are loyal customers

this company is a rip off never sent policy to review when called sent it out and I was happy with the figure that I didnt agree to I wanted mortgage protection misleading prctice

The second time was this past fall when I had a 450' driveway installed. There were a few glitches along the way; however, Tony Bell made it his personal mission to go above and beyond what was required to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the driveway. And I am! Tony stands behind the work of anyone associated with his business and truly is a hands on owner. He does not settle when it comes to ensuring the customer is completely satisfied with the work done. This IS the company to call when you need paving done. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Blacktop Specialists!

I was in touch with Blacktop Specialists on several occasions to get my driveway done, I called and scheduled an initial appointment and the first appointment was a no show; I called a second time and someone did come out and met with my husband. After that we wanted to schedule for them to come out and finalize everything and I called about 5 times with making two separate appoints and each appointment again they were a no show and never called to reschedule or anything. I won't ever recommend a company that does not have the courtesy to at least call and reschedule or give notification of not being able to make an appointment. They seem very unorganized and I was extremely disappointed in how things were handled.
