buyer beware, total garbage! I would give zero stars if I could. All of the work has crumbled within a year and looks terrible. Company doesn't return my calls. After looking into the company, I noticed they have negative complaints lodged with the Revdex.com. Stay away from this company and avoid the headaches.

Review: September of 2014 I hired Blacktop Unlimited to fix the Blacktop by my garage that had started to sink in. Met with [redacted] and he was going to cut out a 5 ft x 3 1/2 ft piece and build it up and seal it. Within a week it had rained and a puddle had accumulated on top of the patch (obviously not done correctly). Called the company to complain and within a few weeks another guy had come to fix it. It is now only a few months later and the patch has all crackes in it and a piece of blacktop has come out. Called and spoke with [redacted] for him to come fix the problem and basically he said he is not fixing it because he fixed it once already and to get someone else. Yes, it was fixed once but that was due to it not being done correctly the first time.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund so I can get someone to fix this problem correctly. Would never recommend this company to anybody.

Review: Door hanger Advertisement states: What we do is... Clear driveway of weeds, absorb oil stainsand apply primer coat, fill cracks with a waterproof sealer and seal driveway using a premium sealer.What they did was to paint the driveway with a product from an Unmarked Pail. No stain cleaning and No Crack filling.When I called the company,I was told oil stain absorption and crack filling are not includedalthough, I was assured they were when I made the appointment to have the work done and the price agreed to was 100.00.Desired Settlement: I will agree to pay blacktopunlimited.com the sum of $65.00 total for what they have done or $100.00 if they return and complete the job as originally promised in a reasonable time.

Review: I had bought a coupon for half price to have my driveway sealed on 10-**-14. I was told to have the driveway empty by 8 am which I did. At approx 4:30 I contacted the business asking if they were still coming and the receptionist stated that max was in [redacted] by route [redacted] and that yes they will be here. Route [redacted] does not intersect with [redacted]. I finally received a phone call at 7 pm stating that the crew drove past my house and saw landscapers so they didn't stop. Well for one thing that was my neighbors house they drove past and another thing being is my neighbors driveway has pavers which means one would not sealcoat them. I attempted to drive to the address on there website and not to my surprise it did NOT exist! They stated to me in the late voicemail that I received that they will do the job on Friday. Well I am not around and I am unable to have them do it nor do I want there services! I am requesting my money back in full. The experience that I have had was very unprofessional and uncalled for.Desired Settlement: Full money back return
