Good morning. I would like to reopen the complaint I filed agains blackwater creek catering. The original claim number was [redacted]. I thought Chef [redacted] and I came to a resolution in which I was going to receive the half of my refund on 1/23 and the remaining portion on 2/6. The initial installment did not occur. I spoke with Chef [redacted] on 1/24 in which he assured me he would have it to me the next day by 6oclock. I have no reason to believe that I will ever receive the agreed to amount by his behavior. Your help in the matter is appreciated!
