[redacted] [redacted] Response to complaint ID [redacted] We received a phone call from a very distraught lady stating multiple times that she could not get to the ranch to Yellowstone from the ranch and that we had falsely advertised that we were easily accessible to Yellowstone.We are extremely easily accessible to Yellowstone National Park We are miles from the East Entrance We are directly off of Highway 14/16/ There was an unusually early snow storm which paralyzed entrance into and out of Yellowstone for a period of time The East Entrance was closed because of the weather as were all other entrances into the park including the Northeast Entrance which is always open There were trees down in the highway causing the East Entrance to be closed longer than other entrances.At one point, I had to raise my voice to get the caller to stop talking She was hysterical I told her that I could not make the call on the refund of the deposit that I would speak to the owner and simply stated what our policy was The guest has been refunded her entire deposit I believe that this individual was extremely upset as she had planned her perfect vacation and it was interrupted by a severe storm I have been in a service business for over years This is the first time I have encountered anyone that I could not talk to reasonably This was an unfortunate situation for the guest and we accommodated her and other guests who were inconvenienced by the storm as reasonably as possible.Diana B***Operating ManagerBlackwater Creek RanchNorth Fork HighwayCody, WY [redacted]

Additional information regarding ID ***.After further review of the the complaint and my response, the following information should be added:. The individual complained on September 25, 2017. We refunded her entire deposit in the amount of $on September 22,2017.She also indicated that "ALL roads which lead to the property I closed due to weather".
