Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
The car is not in *** ***s name*** *** purchased the car in October of *** *** dropped the car off at the dealership for me because I was workingI never got calls sayin my car was done, we called to check on itI attempted to talk to somebody, I couldn't get anything done so *** calledWe threatened to get an attorney because nobody would fix the carWe called and told them after they had the car the second time that it was still leaking, they continued to say nothing was wrongWe couldn't get them to check the motor or anythingWe then took it to Dexter who immediately found the problem, and it was because Malden did not put a washer on the turbo that should've have been put onI have paper work from Dexter showing that they fixed thatWe finally got a compression test done and we were told rings were badMalden continues to say it was Dexters fault because it's not under warrantyAll Dexter did was fix what Malden messed upI do not have the money to fix the car, I feel that since this started while car was under manufacturer warranty that it should be fixed under warrantyIt is my only vehicle and I have a newborn so I cannot be without a loaner vehicle right nowWe were told nothing was wrong with it, they did not want to fix it, and they were not going to make things right by us because everything seemed fine to themHowever, they had the car the second time, the paperwork says nothing about an oil leak, when it was just stated we brought it back for an oil leakWe were also told they didn't do anything to it because everything is fine with it, but they didn't even look for a leak or they would have found it instead of dexterThey paper work should have said we brought back for an oil leak, not just a seat beltI asked and asked if they would make it right by me, considering it was Maldens mechanics fault, and all they would say was they would but it wouldn't be covered under warranty.
Sincerely,

The car which is referenced in the complaint is not owned by [redacted] but by [redacted].  On January 25, 2017, [redacted] brought his car in for leaking fluids.  It was still under warranty.  The turbo needed to be fixed.  We also gave him a loaner car.  [redacted] kept the...

loaner car for almost 2 weeks after we notified him that his car was ready.  He did pick up his car and contacted us a few days later stating that his car wasn't fixed.  We checked his car and gave him a loaner car again while we kept it for a few days to further check it.  He drove his car for a few more days and called again to say it wasn't running right.  We told him that we were not finding anything wrong.  The car is under a manufacturer warranty and can take it to any Ford dealership to have it checked.  He did not even purchase the car from us but I was servicing it since it was under warranty.  [redacted] was cursing me and threatened to retain a lawyer which at that  point I thought it was best not to continue communication with him.   I should not have to pay for any work by another dealership since the car is under warranty and he should not have to pay.  I have never charged him for any of the work or service which we performed on the car.  I have invoices to show what work was done on the car.    I have gone above and beyond to try to make [redacted] happy and I have exhausted all means at this time.  I have given him loaners while we had his car even though we only do this when a customer has bought a car from our dealership.  I cannot make him a new car.  I am willing to look at his car again but I will not be subjected to his rudeness, unprofessional language and threats of an attorney.  We take much pride at Harry Blackwell to satisfy our customers.  This is why we have an excellent reputation in the community we service.
