The vehicle has been repaired after having no vehicle for weeks and now in my possessionBlackwell Motors made the agreement with the transmission place and then stated they were finished even though I had no ideal of what their agreement so they have told me all along that they were not going to do anymore with this vehicle
Also, regarding them contacting me, that is not the truth, anytime somebody has contacted me I have respondent or left message for ***

I have already offered a few reasonable options to rectify the mistakeWe have a third party install window stickers and they mistakenly marked the vehicle as having remainder of factory warranty It ended up being a converted Canadian vehicle that the warranty is only valid in Canada
The customer purchased an extended warranty that covers the vehicle better than the original factory warranty, and it is transferable to the next owner I offered refunding what they paid for the warranty and they keep the warranty, or I would honor the factory warranty if the extended warranty didn't cover Unfortunately the customer is looking for a big payday because it's a converted Canadian vehicle There are millions of these vehicles that are sold as being converted to the US, and there's no law that requires them to be treated any differently The book values are exactly the same, and lenders don't value them any differently as well My offer still stands, and had they ran a carfax on the vehicle as my "Buyers Order" suggests, they would have known this information before purchasing the vehicle

We are sorry for any confusion, but the finance company determines how much additional money they will allow a customer.   Our billers do not calculate sales tax amounts for customers, it's the customers responsibility to call the license bureau.
