The customer only returned one shirt stating that we had damaged the shirtThat shirt was not a Polo as he has statedIt looked completely worn out with wear holes along the collars edgeOur computer tag on the shirt indicated that the shirt was at least seven years oldWe do not replace shirts that are just worn out due to wearThe other shirt he complained about, we repressed the collar as he requested and he took the redone shirt out of our business. I am willing to send the customer a check for $just to settle this and move forward

On March 15, Mr*** brought the shirt in question to our store for processingWhen he received the shirt he complained that the shirt was discoloredWe thermally implant an identifying bar code on each garment we take in the store to facilitate the identifying process during assemblyThis
shirt was first imprinted in the year The shirt was completely worn out with a frayed collar and two large holes from wear along the collar's top edgeThe shirt is at least years old and has the expected wear marks of a garment of that age including coloration fadingMr*** was abusive to the customer service representative and tried to intimidate her with swear words, threats and loud talkHe called the manager a piece of s---The other shirt that he said the we ruined, he stated that the collar was not pressed correctlyWe repressed the collar to his satisfaction.We processed this shirt with the same procedure that we process every customer's shirtsWe did not change the coloration of the year old shirt as he claims and it is certainly not a $shirt, or $shirt or even a $shirtI would ask your advice as to how you would suggest we handle this situationI will abide my whatever decision that you would suggest
